Antioxidant D

It gradually becomes gray and black in the air and sunlight, but does not affect the protective effect.
Antioxidant RD and antioxidant 124
Antioxidant RD and antioxidant 124 are composed of the same chemical composition, the difference is that antioxidant RD is resin-like, and antioxidant 124 is powdered, and antioxidant RD is amber to grayish white resin-like powder, non-toxic. The softening point is not lower than 74℃. Antioxidant 124 is a grayish white powder with a melting point of 114℃. Antioxidant RD and antioxidant 124 soluble in acetone, benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide; Slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons, insoluble in water. Polluting but not significant. It is not easy to spray frost and has no effect on vulcanization. Combustible and non-toxic. It is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as butadiene and fixing eye, and the dosage is generally 0.5 to 3 parts.
Antioxidant MB
Appearance of white or light yellow crystalline powder, bitter, non-toxic. The specific gravity is 1.42, the melting point is 285℃, soluble in ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate; Insoluble in dichloromethane; Insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene, and water. Slightly polluting, easy to disperse. Frosting occurs when the dosage exceeds 2 parts. When used alone, the effect is weak, and it should be used with antioxidant DNP to have synergistic effect. Antioxidant MB is used as a copper inhibitor, which can weaken the effect of vulcanizing agent in rubber on copper wire, and can significantly improve the phenomenon of black copper wire and sticky rubber during rubber vulcanization. Antioxidant MB can act as a vulcanization retarder. The general dosage of antioxidant MB is 1 to 2.5 parts.
Antioxidant DNP
This product is light grey powder. The pure product is light colored bright flake crystal, the specific gravity is 1.26. The melting point is 235℃. Low pollution. Easy to spray when used in more than 2 parts. It is a comprehensive antioxidant against heat, oxygen and atmospheric aging. It is an excellent copper inhibitor and has an activation effect on thiazole accelerators. The use of antioxidant DNP with MB and DOP has synergistic effect. Suitable for natural rubber and neoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and fixed rubber and other synthetic rubber. The general dosage is 0.2 ~ 1.
Antioxidant NBC
The product name is antioxidant NBC, the appearance is dark gray powder, the melting point is not less than 83 ° C, no pollution, easy to disperse, for an excellent anti-ozone agent. It can be used in rubber with heat resistance, atmospheric aging resistance and flexion cracking resistance. In neoprene rubber, chloroprene rubber can improve the heat resistance, thermal stability. Suitable for chloroprene, chloroprene, chlorinated polyethylene, nitrile butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and other synthetic rubber, the dosage is 1 ~ 2 parts.
